Scams!

Arrgggg... Not Another One!

Ripoffs seem to be a way of life with many.

Regardless if it’s at home or at work, we receive them in the mail, over the phone, or in the newspapers.

And if you ever thought you had everything under control, forget it! Along came the Internet and a whole new avenue was opened to the scammers.

Local and federal government agencies won’t come to your rescue... unless it’s a high visibility item or in a critical election year. Instead, they’ll generally advise you to seek a remedy through the civil court system.

Right! You were ripped for $250 and you’ll spend the equivalent of $2,500 to recover it. Even if it’s just the “principle of the thing,” the scam artist know the odds are on their side.

Well, the Internet’s a double edged sword and the Boycott network intends to work with it. To meet our goal of keeping our members and readers advised new and current scams, we’ll attempt to maintain an up-to-date database of information.

But we need your help! If you’ve been ripped or scammed, please let us know! Simply click HERE and complete the “Submissions” form to forward the information to us. If our analysts have any questions, they’ll contact you.

But beware! YOU are responsible for whatever you submit! Although we’ll make every reasonable effort to verify your comments, in the final analysis they are your responsibility! Do not make any false claims just because you have an ax to grind. Be factual, complete, and concise!

If your long distance is costing more than 3.9 cents per minute and you live in one of the old “Bell System” areas, you’re simply overpaying!

Even if you’re an individual, you may be entitled to the same low 3.9 cent rate enjoyed by corporate America!
