LIKE THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF AMERICANS, the Boycott Network has been appalled by the sick attacks against the Boy Scouts by supporters of the homosexual community. Boy Scout leadership rules are very simple but very strict: you are a role model and as such, you must act like a role model. If you do not meet this criteria, you are unacceptable. Period. One only has to review the mess in the Catholic Church to realize how important these guidelines have been in protecting our young adults from homosexual predators. (See related story by clicking HERE)! One of the main purposes of Scouting is to build character. And that’s enough of a challenge without adding the United Way’s social engineering mandates into the equation! The Lamestream Media (ABCNNBCBS) has been labeling the Scouts and their supporters “homophobics.” Considering the source, and the fact many studies indicate these very organizations are disproportionately staffed by homosexuals, it is probably an honor! They media, and others on the Loony Left, also claim in their diatribe the Scouts exclude young applicants for membership if they exhibit homosexual tendencies. This is a blatant lie! Although the Boy Scouts believe avowed or acknowledged homosexuals (“out of the closet”) are not acceptable role models for leadership positions, their policy is quite different for the boys themselves. ALL young men are welcome to join the Boy Scouts regardless if they exhibit homosexual tendencies or have homosexual mannerisms. However, if these tendencies become blatant or aggressive, the boy will be offered counseling. The Boycott Network condemns those organizations, including numerous United Way chapters, for pandering to those attempting to destroy the Boy Scouts under the guise of diversity. In doing so, the pandering organizations have set themselves up for failure. This failure has already manifested itself in a precipitous drop of United Way contributions as well as loss of sales for those companies supporting homosexuals at the expense of the Boy Scouts. Interestingly, much of this backlash has not been the result of an advertised boycott, but rather from a creeping “Silent Boycott” generated by word of mouth and information passed on by the Defending Scouting website (www.defendscouting.com). But that’s about to change. The Boycott Network will add as much talent and investigative resources as necessary to expose those responsible for participating in these anti-Boy Scout activities. Any and all companies involved in this social engineering scheme will risk having their financial statements thoroughly analyzed and picked apart. Discrepancies, false reporting, or other irregularities will be reported to various financial networks. Alternative sources for products and services of those condemning the Scouts will be provided wherever possible. On occasion, we may even suggest a marketing advantage to competitors by providing discount coupons for their products or services on this website. We reject the Lamestream media (ABCNNBCBS) and Looney Left’s assertion the Scouts are homophobic. We applaud the Scouts for showing the courage of their conviction in fighting this political correct crowd. The Scouts are leaders... and they’ve shown incredible leadership in this battle! And now we ask for your continued leadership and support of the Scouts by boycotting the products and services of those companies and organizations listed on the Boycott Network!
